Ceramic fiber board is a high-performance insulation product made of high-purity ceramic fiber by adding the right amount of organic matter and binder.It is flat, ceramic materials are evenly distributed, free of asbestos and environmental protection. Its solid texture, wind erosion resistance, excellent toughness and other advantages make it an ideal material for kilns, pipes and other insulation types of equipment. It has low thermal conductivity and low thermal storage, and no expansion during heating, which can reduce energy cost and cycle time, and protect the surface of refractory from thermal shock and chemical attack.

1. This product is an inorganic material, with xonotlite as the primary crystal phase, and exhibits stable physical and chemical properties.

2. The product's base material is synthesized through autoclaving and hydrothermal synthesis of siliceous and calcareous materials. It features a large number of uniformly distributed micron- and nanometer-scale pores, a high porosity, and excellent thermal insulation properties.

3. This product is a functional backing insulation material. Due to its properties, it cannot be used as a working layer in furnace linings.

4. This product does not contain asbestos or other toxic or hazardous substances; it contains no bio-nutrients, is immune to rot, mold, or insect or rodent infestation.
