Calcium silicate board is a new type of building material made from siliceous materials (such as quartz powder), calcareous materials (such as lime powder), and reinforcing fibers as the main raw materials. It is produced through high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing. Calcium silicate board features excellent fire resistance, moisture and mold resistance, as well as being lightweight yet high in strength. It is widely used in the construction, petroleum, electric power, and chemical industries for insulation and thermal protection in partition walls, curtain walls, roofing, and enclosure structures.

 

High-purity calcium silicate board is a high-purity, high-strength board developed specifically for the non-ferrous metals industry. It features asbestos-free, high-temperature resistance, high strength, low thermal conductivity, resistance to molten metal infiltration, excellent thermal shock stability, and superior machinability. It can be easily cut and machined into various precision components and is widely used in non-ferrous metal smelting and casting, glass processing such as mirror making, and the steel industry.

Applications include adapter plates, floats, ears, droppers, baffles, hot top rings, buffer plates, guide channel liners in the non-ferrous metals industry, and molds in the glass mirror making industry.
