Nanoporous aerogel is composited with high-temperature refractory fiber materials to create a soft, hydrophobic, high-temperature stable, fire-resistant and flame-retardant inorganic thermal insulation felt. It has a wide range of applications in energy, chemical industry, industrial fields, and new energy, providing superior thermal insulation and fire protection for equipment. When used on pipelines, the insulation layer and underlying structure are durably waterproof and remain dry for extended periods, effectively preventing corrosion under insulation (CUI). It has the unique advantages of low thermal conductivity, no powder shedding, and is fire-resistant (A1 grade). It is a completely non-combustible material, with no powder shedding during transportation and use. It is a pure inorganic material, environmentally friendly, and has excellent sound insulation, noise reduction, pressure resistance, and shock absorption properties.
